I have worked with Viktar for over seven years where he played a key role as a general contractor for my 12-unit development in Brewster named White Rock Commons. Additionally, we collaborated on a gorgeous multi-million-dollar house in Chatham in 2019. When I first met Viktar, I was very interested in pursuing future conversations with him because I found him to be knowledgeable, open minded, and willing to be a highly collaborative partner in achieving the goals of my projects. My wife and I hired Viktar for a complete gut renovation of our newly aquired home on cape cod. The reno involved redoing the ground up structural supports, removal of the roof, complete redesign of 1st and second floor layouts, and the addition of 3 porches, and interior finish.

Viktar and his crew did superb work. Equally as important his communication was excellent: providing us daily updates, including pictures, of progress and dealing with any unforseen issues.

Since completion of the project in May 2013 dozens of passer byers have commented on how great of the finished product looks.

I had all of my second story windows replaced with New Anderson 400 series. Tuleika and team were on time and very efficient. Fully trimmed outside(pvc) and special trim inside(poplar). All done in one day. I came home to the crew wiping down the walls and vacuuming their work area. Very satisfied! I look forward to working with them again.

Viktar and his team are great. We were originally referred to Tuleika Building for a very difficult foundation replacement project on our antique cottage. The work was so impressive, and we grew to trust them so much, we have enlisted Tuleika on at least a half-dozen subsequent projects - both big and small. I can't say enough good things about this company. We hired them to do a rather large wrap around porch project (approx. 1000 square feet) and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. First of all, Viktar, who owns the company, and everyone who works for him did exactly what they said they would do at every phase of the project...no surprises and no problems. Second, the workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They guys running the project on site day-to-day knew exactly what they were doing and it showed in the work. Third, they brought in everyone necessary to get the job done...roofer, electrician, etc., which made it easy for me and helped facilitate a lot of coordination among the skill guys without me having to worry about it. Lastly, the finished product is just stunning. I can honestly say it actually exceeded my expectations We're thrilled with it. I've worked with a lot of people on the Cape. I can safely say that if you're working with Viktar Tuleika, you're working with the best.

We've hired Viktar for several jobs. He remodeled our basement which included a new half bath and new septic system. We've also had him put a new garage addition with multiple storage areas, mud room and deck. Another project he's working with us on is a kitchen and bath renovation.
